Announcement: Exciting Growth at HCI

HCI Consulting Inc. is excited to welcome three new senior consultants to the HCI team.  Al Coulen, Rene O’Brien and Dave Schnarr have recently joined the team of Senior Consultants at HCI.  At HCI our commitment to expertise, experience and quality make the new members of the team a perfect fit.  Rene and Al bring over 19 years of experience working as Senior Review Officers for the Pay Equity Commission, joining Senior HCI Consultant and former Senior Review Officer, Doreen Lurie and firmly placing HCI as a leader and trusted source for all aspects of Pay Equity.

Joining Rene and Al as Senior Consultant, Dave Schnarr has over 30 years of Human Resources expertise in the public and private sector.  His expertise in Mediation / Facilitating in addition to Job Evaluation and Pay Equity make him an exciting and welcome addition to the team.
