FEDERAL PATH
Federally regulated employers subject to Canada’s Pay Equity Act can engage HCI for consulting aligned to federal obligations. Our team includes credentials from Canada’s Office of the Pay Equity Commissioner. Federal consulting covers readiness conversations, plan and process support, and practical guidance without guaranteeing Commission outcomes.
The HCI Compensation Tool® is Ontario-only and is not positioned as federal software.

The HCI Compensation Tool® supports job evaluation workflows and does not provide pay equity comparison functionality. It is an Ontario product only — no federal or Quebec software claim.
